Event Coordinating and other services
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and sometimes a little help is needed to allow you to relax and enjoy your day, but, consider if you need a 'Wedding Planner' or just a 'Day-of Coordinator'
A Wedding Planner is often there from the very beginning of your wedding journey. They meet with you to plan the entire event from setting a budget, finding your venue, negotiating and contracting with vendors, and often accompany you to meetings, tastings and fittings and help you navigate the entire process. On the day they step into the Day-of Coordinating role and often have an assistant.
At this time, I do not offer full Wedding Planning services, but I have some wonderful recommendations of amazing planners in the area!
A Day-Of Coordinator picks up the tasks once all those elements are in place to help you manage the actual wedding day.
Their tasks often include helping to create a timeline and coordinating with your vendors as they arrive, assisting with setting up your spaces, decorating, and sometimes, depending on how many hours you hire them for, helping with clean up.
A typical wedding day is 12 hours from start to finish - My recommendation is that 5-6 hours of coverage is sufficient for most brides.

3 Hour Minimum Day of Coordinating $400.00
Additional hours $125 per hour
Travel Fees may be added depending on location

Cake cutting $75
Cake cutting with Serving plates and utensils (disposable) $200 (based on 150 guests)
Decor Rentals - varies
Bartenders - $325 per bartender/min 5 hours
Additional hours $35/hour.
Two servers required for over 80 guests depending on what is being served

Pricing
Bartenders- $325 /5 hours $35/ hour for additional time
Wine and Beer pouring service $250
Bar set up- $350 *includes cocktail bar, tables, black table cloths, galvanized tubs for chilling, glass mason jars and wine tumblers for serving. 45 minute set up and 30 minute tear down
Jockey Box for Kegs- $150 *includes ice for chilling, buckets for kegs, co2, 2-3 taps
